PBL | Pubic Lift Surgery |
---|---|
Procedure | A pubic lift (=monsplasty / mons reduction) reduces a prominent mons. This can be done with either liposuction or by excising skin and fat, depending on the skin quality. In abdominoplasty surgery, a pubic lift is usually achieved as part of the procedure. I do not use drains routinely. The wounds are repaired with sutures under the skin which do not require removal and dissolve within four months. |
